Summary

  • neutralize prohibited regulatory promise language in legal locale files and privacy-policy source
  • remove implied CONSOB/CASP authorization, notification, and timing claims from whitepaper/imprint/privacy copy
  • keep legal pages aligned with existing public-site audit expectations

Verification

  • pnpm --dir app exec vitest run src/__tests__/public-site-audit.test.ts
  • pnpm --dir app build
  • pnpm --dir app i18n:check
  • bash scripts/deploy.sh (checks passed; production deploy intentionally skipped because branch is not master)
