Summary:

  • sync company and legacy agent lists with canonical costs/by-agent aggregate
  • reuse syncAgentBudgetFieldsWithCostRow so list responses match /api/agents/me
  • add route coverage for both list endpoints

  • pnpm exec vitest run server/src/tests/agent-permissions-routes.test.ts
