PIX-15230

Изменения:

• skills/sentry-triage теперь по умолчанию проверяет production Sentry projects europatech-api и europatech-app.
• unresolved-фильтр переведен на --query "is:unresolved"; старый --status unresolved убран.
• При нуле unresolved script завершает работу с кодом 0; при найденных unresolved строках печатает первые 10 и возвращает ненулевой код.

Проверка:

• sentry-cli projects list --org europa-tech подтвердил slugs europatech-api и europatech-app.
• bash scripts/__tests__/sentry-triage-skills.test.sh.
• git diff --check -- skills/sentry-triage/sentry-triage.sh scripts/__tests__/sentry-triage-skills.test.sh.
• Remote branch SHA проверен через git ls-remote: 6bb20a5f9531fc402d94103e211972f4c5abc536.
