PIX-15311

Что изменено:

  • real DB int-тесты больше не затирают REDIS_URL из CI service container.
  • reset p2p int-тестов очищает FK-зависимости, которые остаются после соседних int-файлов на общей БД.
  • payout int-тест отключает async Stripe auto-payout side-effect через NODE_ENV=test.

Проверка:

  • prisma migrate deploy на чистой postgres:16 БД.
  • prisma generate --no-hints.
  • vitest run --no-file-parallelism .int.test.ts: 7 files / 38 tests passed.

Закрываю PR как superseded: целевой master API job уже восстановлен merge #1202. Проверка через Forgejo Actions DB: action_run.id=19376, repository.lower_name='europatech', ref=refs/heads/master, commit 9a3ae65836b0; job API id 58015 завершился успешно (status=1) за 20m03s. PR #1203 остаётся не нужен для восстановления PIX-15311.
